Crystal Therapy

Crystal Healing is the balancing of the
body’s energies through Chakra points using the unique vibrations of crystals. Crystal Healing works on all levels of the human auric field and can create physical sensations, visualisation of colours and images, feelings of emotion and most often deep relaxation as energy blockages are cleared.

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle healing technique which involves the channelling of universal energy through the palms of the healers hands, into a person for healing purposes aiming to improve health and enhance the quality of life. Reiki is a Holistic Therapy as it treats the whole person, their body, emotions, mind and spirit and creates many beneficial effects including relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.

Oracle Card Readings

Oracle cards are an ancient divination tool, a way of tuning into our angels and spirit guides for support and guidance in our daily lives. The questions we ask of them can be for help on specific issues, or for general guidance right now in our lives. Detailed readings can also be given using special layouts for areas such as Health, Finances, Relationships, our Life Purpose and more. The cards contain only safe, positive and gentle messages to give clarity, direction and insight.

Colour Therapy

Colour Therapy is very similar to Crystal Healing but using coloured materials. Each colour has its own frequency which is emitted as light passes through it. So for example, light passing through a blue scarf, gives off the frequency of the colour blue – once on your body, your body receives this frequency of vibration and can use it for healing imbalances through your chakra points.

Crystal Reiki

Crystal Reiki is a combination of Reiki given through hand positions and crystal therapy layouts as appropriate and as guided, for the healing focus of the client. This therapy benefits from the amplification of the healing potential as crystals enhance the Reiki healing and Reiki enhances the power of the crystals.

Insightful Healing

A combined healing package can be put together to suit your individual needs. The session would consist of a combination of all therapies offered as appropriate.
